When you send this form, KiloNova Systems LLC, a limited liability company of Kentucky, receives what you wrote in it: your name, your email address, what your message is about, the area or coordinates if you gave them, and your message, with the time it was sent. Cloudflare's email service carries it from this website to our own inbox, which Google's Gmail holds. This website keeps no copy of it. Cloudflare keeps a record that each message was sent, with its topic and the time but not your name, your email address or your words, for about a month. To stop floods of messages, the sender limits how many can be sent each minute: in all, from each email address and from each internet address. Its log records whether each message went and, if not, why, but never what it said; Cloudflare deletes that log within a week. We use your message only to answer you. We never sell it, pass it on to anyone else, or put you on a mailing list. We keep it in our inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what we said to each other. To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to us through this form or on WhatsApp and say so.
